This week should see kaiako pitomata move more into a teaching role than observer. We should see them taking small groups in each block of learning and pockets of whole class teaching (roll, notices, fitness, shared book etc..). It is useful at this stage to identify the kaiako pitomata strengths and encourage them to plan a lesson/s for next week aligned to their area e.g. a science or PE lesson/s.
