This week is the final week of practicum 1A where we should see kaiako pitomata really step up into the role of the kaiako for pockets of the day, we expect them to managing multiple groups and leading whole class learning experiences. Online appraisals will take place this week with a Pou Ārahi. The purpose of this is a triadic strengths based discussion is to recognise the progress and identify areas to work on for 1B.
